workshops this week

27 Jan

Today I had a really nice workshop with a group of children. We had a lot of fun, and they were really interested in Cuban and Latin-american music. How nice.

The weekend I will teach a group of teachers and educators….. discovering the world of rhythm. Looking forward to meeting them and spend 10 hours telling them a bit about the stuff i like so much.

Here the program:

Kubanesch Perkussioun – Mir han all op d’Tromm!

Zielsetzung / Objectifs

Als Léierpersoun sech wuel spiere mat Rhythmus, fir de Kanner hir natiirlech Freed um Musizeiren ze fërderen.
E Répertoire vu Rhythmen a percussive Spiller entwéckelen.
Fir d Kanner: openeen lauschteren, zesummen am Grupp funktionéiren, d’Entwécklung vun der Grobmotorik, d’Fërderen vun der Konzentratioun.

Inhalt / Contenu
Erléiren vu Rythmen aus Cuba, oder Latäin Amerika, op verschiddene Perkussiounsinstrumenter, déi nei fir d’Kanner sinn (Congas, Timbales, Guiro, Claves, …) Oft verbonne mat engem Gesang an engem klengen Danz.

Spiller kenneléieren, déi d´Rhythmusgefill verbesseren, an duerch déi d’Kreativiteit gefërdert gëtt.
Och ouni Instrumenter kann ech Musék maachen.
Learning by doing! Spaass hunn fir zesumme Musék ze maachen.
